Quesos Canal dates back to the 1940s, when, deep in the Castile region, the family that gave this dairy its name started making artisan cheeses. They only used raw sheep's cheese from the best flocks in Castile-Leon.

Over the years the dairy grew and the production process, based on the secrets of traditional artisan cheese making, evolved.

The wide range of cheeses have distinctive sensory features, due to a respect for Castile's cheese making tradition that is passed down through the generations, and lending them unique, exclusive character that will delight lovers of good cheese.
