QUESOS CANAL IN TEQUILA FESTIVAL BARCELONA 2016

Quesos Canal has recently participated in the gastronomic events framed in the Tequila Festival Barcelona 2016. The appointments took place in the Alehop space, where Xavi Lahuerta Chefs, Miguel Alberto Vicente Guimera and acted as hosts of the singular encounter between Tequila and spanish gastronomy.

In the first of the conference was the guest chef Nacho Cadena, renowned Mexican restaurateur illustrated the importance of Tequila in the kitchen and the different applications of this drink so iconic in their country.In the second round, Salvador Barba deepened on distillates in Europe and how this industry has positioned itself firmly in our market.

Quesos Canal varieties choosed for this special pairings, Queso Añejo Canal limited edition with more than 16 months of healing, Queso Viejo in oil and semi-cured of Canal Selección, all made with raw sheep's milk. A careful selection of flavors and taste encounters through products with more tradition in Mexico and Spain, the perfect bridge between the two cuisines.
