Quesos Canal has presented in Barcelona its limited edition of Queso Añejo, with more than 16 months of cure, in wooden box. The event took place in the gastronomic space Alehop, a small jewel of design and contemporary concept dedicated to the universe of the kitchen, and in which its creators, Chefs Xavi Lahuerta and Miquel Guimerà, acted as hosts of exception to the event.
In addition to the tasting, the Chefs offered innovative table presentation suggestions. A meeting to know, taste and maridar in an original way, without renouncing its origin and artisan values, elements from which the varieties of Quesos Canal are made.
